  1. Meetings are not held in August according to the Committee bylaws. But because we always have at least two activities that need planning during the summer (the BBQ and Natick Days) there may be at least one full planning meeting, in addition to subcommittee meetings, during this time.
  2. December is another month in which, according to the bylaws, we don’t traditionally hold meetings. However, we may hold some sort of social gathering (dinner, brunch) during this time (details to be announced).
